There are new EU rules for storage and shipping of animal (by)products / animal feeds.
What does this means:

Our warehouse at the Stavangerweg has been inspected at the beginning of May by the Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority for the Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food quality. The warehouse meets all requirements to be a storage facility named in the (EC) regulation of the regulation of animal (by) products 2008 of the Health and well-being law for animals. As of 12 May 2009 the minister has granted recognition to our company.

What does it means for you as customer:

We need to attach a EU tradingdocument to each shipment that leaves our warehouse. Next to that we need to attach a green label on the shipping box with the text: Cat. 3, Not for Human Consumption. You need to save the EU tradingdocument for atleast 2 years. To make it easier for you, we will attach a EU tradingdocument to your invoice. You don't need to do anything with this document, just keep it in the bookkeeping. You can sell the fish food just like you used to do.

Make sure that you receive a EU tradingdocument for all the fish foods you sell in your store, also from other suppliers !
