D. van Houten (Import - Export - Euro*Depot/Distribution) is active since September 2002 in the world of (reef)aquariums. Everything began in the garage with importing and the distribution of Seachem products in The Netherlands and Belgium and later that year, (as first one in Europe) the Refractometer. At this moment, June 2008, we´re located at the newest industrial area of Groningen called Eemspoort. Over time we managed to add some top brands like Omega One Fish Food, Algae Free, JoesJuice and Salifert. We have exclusives on most of the products we carry for The Netherlands and Belgium, but also for the whole European Union.

We export most of our products worldwide next to our wholesale activity for The Netherlands and Belgium. Next to that we also import, store and ship products for foreign company´s (see Euro*Depot/Distribution).
